Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Standard worldwide delivery typically takes 5–12 business days while express shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days in selected countries.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime to check the latest delivery updates.
Can I return my order?
Yes. BookNookGifts offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and our team will guide you through the return process.
What if my package is delayed or hasn’t arrived?
Occasional delays can happen due to customs local carriers or peak shipping periods. If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days or your package seems unusually delayed contact us at support@booknookgifts.com and we’ll look into it for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet we’ll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible at support@booknookgifts.com with your order number and the changes you’d like to make.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet we may be able to update the address. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier changes may no longer be possible.
I only received part of my order. Where is the rest?
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfillment location. If this happens each package may have its own tracking information. Feel free to contact us if you’d like us to check your shipment.
What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Send us your order number along with a clear photo of the damaged product or missing item. We’ll review it and help arrange the appropriate replacement or solution.

What is included in each Book Nook kit?
Each kit includes pre-cut wooden pieces miniature decorations lighting components illustrated instructions and most tools needed for assembly. Exact contents may vary depending on the design.
Do I need any extra tools?
You’ll usually need silicone-based craft glue and two AAA batteries for illuminated models. Tweezers are included with most kits. Glue and batteries are not included due to international shipping restrictions.
Are Book Nook kits suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Many BookNookGifts kits are designed with first-time builders in mind. Each product page includes an estimated build time and difficulty level so you can choose a project that feels right for you.
How long does assembly take?
Most kits take approximately2–10 hoursto complete depending on the design and your experience. There’s no need to rush — taking your time and enjoying the little details is part of the experience.

Are the kits suitable for children?
We generally recommend our kits for ages 10 and above. Younger children can enjoy building together with an adult as some pieces are small delicate and require careful assembly.
Are glue and batteries included?
No. Glue and batteries are not included due to international shipping restrictions. Most illuminated kits require 2 × AAA batteries unless otherwise stated on the product page.
What if a piece is missing or damaged?
No worries — we offer replacement-part support. Email support@booknookgifts.com with your order number and a clear photo of the missing or damaged piece and our team will help you get back to building.
What if I need help during assembly?
We’re happy to help. Send us your order number a photo of the step you’re working on and a short description of the issue at support@booknookgifts.com. Our team will help you figure out the next step.
